Reservations open sixty days ahead for the rooms that take them. The rest are walk-in and always will be.

Hogfish, stone crab in season, and a snapper cooked whole that two people should share.

A hundred and eighty rums, cane furniture, ceiling fans and a bartender with strong views.

Beach grill · $$

At the end of the shaded walk. Fish sandwiches, cold beer and sand you cannot avoid.

Sunset bar · $$$

West-facing, with one job, which it does about forty evenings a year.

Breakfast & coffee · $

Cuban coffee, fruit, eggs, and a guava pastry that goes by half past eight.

Practical

Every kitchen keeps an allergen matrix at the pass and every menu is available in large print. Tell whoever seats you and they will tell the kitchen.

Welcome everywhere except the gaming floor and the bars after 8 PM. There is a proper children's menu rather than three fried things.

Full vegetarian and vegan options at every venue, not a single substitution, and gluten-free bread made rather than bought in.

There is no dress code anywhere. We ask for smart dress in one room late in the evening and we ask it kindly.
